3つのケースで、自分で話した内容と講師の方に修正された内容を載せておきます。

 

<ケース(1)会議で空気の読めていないジョークを言った同僚に苦言>

YOU SAID: That meeting atmosphere very complex. I think you had not better say that joke. Maybe some of attendants on that meeting have negative image what you said.

 

BETTER SAY: I understand that you wanted a more comfortable atmosphere during the meeting. (I understand that you wanted a less serious mood during the meeting). However, some of your jokes/ some of the things that you said were not appropriate. Other people in the meeting may have a negative image about what you said. Could you please be more sensitive with your jokes?

 

 

<ケース(2)ミーティングいつも遅れる同僚に苦言>

YOU SAID: I understand you're very busy because of THE many tasks you're assigned.
When you are late for the meetings, we can't make them efficient. Efficiency of meeting. Could you attend the meeting on time?

 

BETTER SAY: I understand that you're very busy with your (assigned) tasks. When someone is late during meetings, the meetings are not efficient. Could you please attend the meeting on time?

 

 

<ケース(3)レポートの提出が遅れる同僚に苦言>

 YOU SAID: I understand you're very busy because you have many tasks to do in this week. But if our sending the report for the customer is late, maybe our customer have a negative image about our service. Could you finish on write a report on deadline?

 

BETTER SAY: I understand you're very busy because you have many tasks to do in this week. If we have a late submission of reports to our customers, they will have a negative image about our service. Could you finish writing the report on the deadline?
